General Agreement:

By booking services with Ravens Wrap Lab (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions. All services are provided by appointment only.

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your appointment.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to vehicle release.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash / Card

Vehicle Condition Requirements

• Vehicles must be free of waxes and ceramic coatings.

• Paint and bodywork must be in good condition; peeling paint, rust, or damage may affect results.

• We are not responsible for wrap defects caused by poor underlying paint or surface damage.

• Please remove personal items from the vehicle before drop-off.

• A walk-around will be done of all vehicles before any service is started. This includes notes and photos of any existing paint and/or body damage as well as aftermarket exterior parts.

Installation Standards

• Wraps are installed with precision and care. Minor imperfections (such as seams) may be necessary.

• Badges, trims, or panels may be removed and reinstalled when required.

Durability & Care

• Wrap lifespan varies based on film type, finish, maintenance, and exposure.

• Hand wash only with mild pH-neutral soap; avoid abrasives and high-pressure washers.

• A printed wrap care guide is provided at pick-up.

Wrap Removal

• Wrap removal is offered at our discretion and billed separately at $100/hour.

• Paint condition risk assessment will be discussed prior to removal.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requires at least 3 days notice.

• No-shows may incur additional fees before future bookings are accepted.

Photos & Marketing Use

We may photograph and record vehicles for portfolio, website, and social media use unless you request otherwise in writing before service.

By leaving your vehicle with Ravens Wrap Lab, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
